DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Designated agent

Copyright notices should be sent to:
Copyright Agent — YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME
[STREET ADDRESS], [CITY, POSTAL CODE], [COUNTRY]
Email: dmca@your-domain.com

2. What a valid notice must contain

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL, channel name, screenshot, timestamp) for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days. Where the material is hosted or indexed by us, we remove or disable access promptly and notify the party that supplied it. Where the material is supplied by a third-party provider, we forward the notice to that provider and suspend the relevant listing while it is investigated.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the address above containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts, listings or providers that repeatedly attract valid notices are blocked from the service.

6. Misrepresentation

Sending a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under applicable law.

7. App distribution and content

The APK distributed on this website contains the player and interface only. Channel listings and streams are supplied by third parties. Reports that identify a specific listing, stream URL or broadcaster help us act faster than general requests to remove the application.
