Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website and download the DPTV Android application, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this landing page only. The DPTV app itself is covered by the privacy notice shown inside the app.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent and referrer. Kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Device and browser data: device type, operating system and version, screen size, browser language, approximate region derived from IP.
- Campaign parameters:
fbclid,gclid,ttclidandutm_*values present in the page URL, used to attribute a download to the advertisement that produced it.
2.2 Download and click events
When you tap a download button we record an event containing the timestamp, the campaign parameters above, the referring page and a hashed IP address. We do not store your name, email address or phone number — this website has no account system and no contact form that collects personal data.
2.3 Advertising and analytics data
If you accept cookies, we load measurement pixels that may set identifiers and report events such as page views and download clicks. These identifiers are described in section 4.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
We only set advertising and analytics cookies after you choose "Accept" in the consent banner. If you decline, the page and the download continue to work; only measurement stops. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

5. Advertising partners
When measurement is enabled, the following third parties may receive event data (page view, download click), cookie identifiers and technical data such as IP address and user agent:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Privacy Policy

These partners may act as independent controllers for their own advertising purposes. We do not control their retention periods; see their policies for details and opt-out options.
6. Sharing and sale of personal data
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the measurement described above. Data may be shared with our hosting provider and, where legally required, with competent authorities. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
7. Retention
- Server and download logs: 60 days, then deleted or anonymised.
- Consent records: 180 days, then you are asked again.
- Attribution cookies: see the table in section 4.
- Aggregated statistics with no personal identifiers: kept indefinitely.
8. International transfers
Some partners process data outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, together with supplementary technical measures.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion;
- restrict or object to processing, including profiling for advertising;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing);
- data portability;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents additionally have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email privacy@your-domain.com. We respond within 30 days (45 days where a law allows an extension). We do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to logs is limited to authorised staff, retention is short, and download links carry no personal identifiers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold to a minimum.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The version date at the top always reflects the current text; material changes are announced on this page.
